I used to like mobile ringtones, but then they became annoying and intrusive and drove me to near madness. How lovely of people to take the best of technology and mold it into an irritating noise.
I know its not possible to bring back the original monotone ringtones but they were a lot less annoying that the MP3 and polyphonic tones on offer now. Its really annoying listening to all the ringtones at work only to go home at night and be haunted by them.
You know what else annoys me, colleagues that leave their phone at the desk when they go out and leave the phone on loud setting. Its pretty much guaranteed that it will ring 120 times before they return, prompting you to go instantly insane.
You know what I should do? Pour a bucket of water over it. That will teach them for leaving the thing turned on at the desk.
