So first came bingo clubs, then online bingo on our computers, more recently advertised by foxy bingo. But what next for the world of Bingo? The answer is mobile bingo on your phone.
Mobile technology is so advanced that we can now have great graphics and sound as well as playing for actual money. There are a few mobile games for bingo out there but none that have a multiplayer function.
But this a good sign that the industry is moving in the right direction and offering mobile games.
As we experience further growth in technology we expect to see a number of changes to happen to satisfy the bingo players among us.
- Within 3 years at least one big bingo company will expand its online presence by offering a mobile web based client.
- Mobile phones will become more and more like pocket pc’s and it won’t be long before they are more powerful then the personal computers we all have and use today.
- In the next 20 or so years phones will be so advanced that we can project and image onto any surface, making playing games a delight.
So will the future of mobile gaming and bingo reveal itself like this? Only time will tell we guess but it is likely that bingo will be big. Just look at all of the new online bingo sites being launched every week. Plenty of bingo to keep us entertained in the meantime.
