Would you believe it the HTC Touch HD phone has surfaced on some websites with some photos that reveal a lot about the device. It seems that it is aiming to be the Apple iPhone rival and there are some serious specs on board.
It has the typical Windows Mobile 6.1 software and is the same size as the iPhone, give or take a bit. It is incredibly slim with a large 3.5inch display with a massive resolution of 800 x 480.
Hardware wise, it is powered with a 528Mhz CPU via the Qualcomm 7201A platform and 512MB flash memory and 256MB RAM. With GPS, Wi-Fi and HSPDA it means business. Sadly there is a 5MP camera without a flash though, so night time shots wont be as good as other phones, namely Sony Ericsson.
Well if you are interested the HTC Touch HD will be out in time for Christmas, so we’re in for a treat.
