Even with the ever growing Windows Mobile market, it comes as a surprise that the popular Smartphone & Pocket PC Magazine will be stopping its publication. This comes as a shock when it has been running quite successfully for the past 11 years.
The magazine is run by Hal Goldstein, who said that, it has become increasingly harder to stay on top over the last three years, especially since Windows Mobile went from being PDAs to being phones.
Manufactures like HP used to work with the magazine to offer their customers a free issues, however the phone companies have not show the same interest.
Well, the Shout About Mobiles team will be extremely sad not to have the magazine around anymore as it usually made good reading.
