O2 are set to start grading their customers with a new product called the O2 Priority Club. Basically if you have a priority club portfolio tariff and have been with O2 for 5 months or more then you are eligible to join. You are assigned to a category dependant on how much you spend.
So for example if you spend between £35 and £50 then you will be on the silver status. If you spend between £50 and £80 then you move to gold then anymore than £80 you get upgraded to platinum status.
What does it mean for us, the consumer? If you spend more than £80 then you get a dedicated account manager, restaurant discounts and VIP ticket offers to start with. If you are on a lower status level then you will get less. However it is worth checking out the website to see what you could get.
