In a response to the state of our economy, mobile phone retailer, Phones 4U have cut their store managers targets by 30%.

Even in the credit crunch Phones 4U has a great range of products that are exclusive and selling well. This is on top of other products like SIM only and laptop deals.

To help with a slowdown in retail performance special care has been put into customer service and this has helped greatly.

The store managers have to hit 70% of their targets still to get the bonuses. It will obviously be increased again once the economy starts to pick up over the coming year.
