The Sony Ericsson Alicia was shown to the world today. It had a very rough video demo back in June. The weird “circle screen” has been spotted on a number of photos but believe it or not there are no specs on the device yet.
At first sight the phone is quite obviously a Walkman phone, but whatever else it has is simply not known. There is a touch sensitive round dial that looks really good, whilst another display above basically makes the Alicia, known as the Sony Ericsson W707 the first device to feature three displays.
Don’t be fooled by the model number, it isn’t going to offer major advancements over previous models. You can see from the photos that this phone could well become a big hit with the Sony Ericsson fans.
What do you reckon then? Is it the best ever Sony phone? We don’t think so at this time, but we would love to know your thoughts on it.
