The ultimate cameraphone has been spotted. Its been kept under wraps for a while now but the details have finally emerged. The Sony Ericsson C905, codenamed, Shiho is an 8 Megapixel beast.
With features like auto focus, face detection, image stabilsation, xenon and photo flash and a new feature called Smart Contrast to start, it has the makings of a great phone. Photos taken with the Sony can be geotagged courtesy of the built in GPS receiver. The accelerometer allows works very similar to the iPhone. There is a TV-out port for viewing content on your TV.
At around 136 grams and available in Copper Gold, Ice Silver and Night Black, it will be available in early Q4 and will come with a 2GB Memory Stick.
The C905 will support HSDPA and is good for 380 hours standby time. Talk time is around 9 hours for GSM and 4 hours for 3G. As you can see the phone looks absolutely gorgeous. (thanks to the guys at Unofficial Sony Ericsson Blog for the pic)
